With these insights, we will collaborate to create a results-driven strategy that will serve as the foundation for the rest of the program. In addition, based on the findings from week one, we will require you to complete a detailed SWOT analysis and self-assessment, allowing us to outline your top three goals (the "Big Three") for the next 12 weeks and set you on the path to success

ACTION PLAN FOR GROWTH
During the third and fourth week, Julie will prioritize the most crucial aspect of your business - acquiring new customers - and work with you to develop an action plan that will yield results. Julie will conduct a comprehensive analysis of each sector of your business and score them based on performance, presenting you with actionable steps to improve each part of your business and drive growth

MARKETING & GOALS REVIEW
At this point Julie dives deep in your marketing, providing you with valuable insights on your social media performance, including engagement, paid promotions, and more. By week 6, we will revisit your self-assessment work from week 2, and the "Big Three" goals we established to ensure we have a crystal-clear understanding of what needs improvement, allowing us to focus more intently on these aspects of your spa business.

During week 7, Julie will apply her extensive experience in designing successful spa menus to help you create a personalized menu that maximizes profitability and exposure, while reviewing and redesigning your services if necessary.
